Marine Claims – Case Study

I have known Kingsly Kwalar now for the past 4 years. Kingsly is an extremely ethical and honourable professional and human being. They say that everyone is replaceable and I do agree to a certain extent. However, there are some people who, through their ethics, hard work and excellence, is not replaceable – and Kingsly Kwalar is one of those people. In the past 4 years we have received settlement offers from Kingsly (then in another company and recently StilFresh) which astounded us as some of these offers were on claims where we did not have much hope for success.
